Nighthawk Wifi App Download and Setup

Nighthawk Wifi App lets user configure and manage Network settings from Mobile device itself. Users can Download Nighthawk Wifi App from Apple App Store for iOS Devices or Google Play Store in case of Android devices.

Nighthawk app can be used to setup and manage Nighthawk Routers, range Extenders and even Nighthawk Modem/Routers settings. Users can configure Nighthawk series Routers and range Extenders from Mobile Device itself. Easily manage Wifi Settings, parental control settings, Firmware Upgrade settings using Nighthawk App.

Router Setup using Nighthawk Wifi App

Here’s a step-by-step guide to set up a Nighthawk WiFi 6 router using the Nighthawk App:

Download the app: Install the Nighthawk App from the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
Prepare your router: Unplug your modem. Connect your Nighthawk router to the modem using an Ethernet cable. Power on the modem, wait for it to fully boot up, then power on your Nighthawk router.
Launch the app: Open the Nighthawk App on your mobile device. Tap “Create Account” or “Sign In” if you already have an account.
Start setup: – In the app, tap “Set up a new device.” Choose your router model from the list or scan the QR code on your router.
Connect to router: The app will prompt you to connect your mobile device to the router’s default WiFi network.
Internet connection: The app will detect your internet connection type automatically. Follow the prompts to configure your internet settings if needed.
Create your network: Set a new network name (SSID) and password for your WiFi network.
Firmware update: If available, install any firmware updates for your router.
Complete setup: The app will confirm that your setup is complete. You can now connect your devices to your new WiFi network.

Nighthawk Range Extender Setup using Nighthawk Wifi App

To set up a Nighthawk Extender using the Nighthawk WiFi App, follow these below mentioned steps:

Download and install the Nighthawk WiFi App on your mobile device.
Plug in your Nighthawk Extender and wait for it to power on.
Open the Nighthawk WiFi App and tap on “Set up a new device”.
Select “WiFi Range Extender” from the list of devices.
Follow the in-app instructions to connect your mobile device to the extender’s temporary WiFi network.
The app will scan for available WiFi networks. Select your main router’s network to extend.
Enter the password for your main WiFi network when prompted.
Choose a name and password for your extended network, or use the same as your main network.
The app will guide you through optimal placement of the extender.
Once setup is complete, reconnect your devices to the extended network.
